Ouedraogo earns NJAC Men’s Basketball Player of the
Week honors after posting a double-double in the Pioneers only contest
during the week. In a 77-51 non-conference victory over FDU-Florham, he
collected a career-high 17 points while adding a career-high 16 rebounds.
He shot 7-of-8 from the field (.875) and added three blocks, one assist,
and one steal. Defensively, he contributed to a Pioneer effort which held
the visiting Devils to just .310 shooting from the floor. Ouedraogo
currently ranks second in the NJAC in rebounding with an average of 8.9
boards per game. |

Williams earns NJAC Rookie of the Week honors for the
second consecutive week after averaging 18.5 points and 3.5 assists per
game during a pair of contests for the Red Hawks. He first tallied 19
points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals in Montclair’s 73-67
non-conference win over Drew in overtime. He wrapped up the week by
notching 18 points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals in the Red
Hawks’ 81-78 non-conference road loss at Briarcliffe. Williams currently
ranks ninth in the NJAC in free throw percentage (.727). |
